What to expect…
Here’s how to apply!
Due to limited space and the popularity of this training, groups interested in attending must complete the Application Form. The Ohio Youth-Led Collective Leadership Team will review applications and select the groups to attend this year’s training.
Each group may apply for up to four rooms, including the adult room(s). The rooms contain two queen sized beds, sleeping up to four youth per room if students share beds.
Rooming Guidelines:
Students of opposite gender identities may not share a room
Adults may not share rooms with students
To apply, first identify the adult allies and high school leaders from your group who will attend, then complete the application, which will ask how many rooms you will need, the gender of each room, and whether it’s an adult or youth room.
After applications are reviewed, our team will contact you to confirm if your group has been selected. If selected, you will then complete the Group Attendee Form, which collects participant names and dietary restrictions.
Important: Each group must have at least one adult ally present. This ally is responsible for supervising their students throughout the entire training.
Cost: While the majority of the cost will be covered by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, attending groups will be responsible for a fee of $75 per room.
